The CIEM is a think tank under the Ministry of Planning and Investment. CIEM is a key partner for data collection in DECIDER, supporting the organization of field experiments with firms and businesses by acquiring interview partners, communicating with local authorities, and training interviewers. The CIEM is also a multiplier of project results.
