UEL is the key local partner for data collection in the project DECIDER, supporting interviews and field experiments with firms and businesses in Ho Chi Minh City. This includes developing interview guidelines, contacting local authorities, organizing and conducting interviews and field experiments. The results of the empirical data collection will be implemented in the Decision Support Tool (DST).
