(WACC) is a Vietnamese research institution based at the Institute for Environment and Resource (IER), member of Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh city (VNU – HCM) that operates in the fields of water resources, meteorology, hydrology and others to promote sustainable social development and response to climate change. With its strong knowledge of local hydrology and expertise in numerical modelling, the Center contributes to hydraulic modelling and infrastructure solutions in DECIDER by sharing and advancing flood simulations and co-developing mitigation strategies.
